Heather Kennedy

Heather is one of Ireland’s leading practitioners of digital business strategy, a discipline that improves and expands how firms create and deliver value for customers online. Heather has held a number of senior management roles in the software and creative services industries including Managing Director of a number of award winning communications consultancies (AFA Fresh now Target McConnells and Bluecube Interactive now Bluecube McCann) and C Suite positions  in the ICT space with responsibility for either establishing or scaling businesses over the past two decades.

She has lead strategies for brands across multiple sectors including Broadcasting, Telecom, FMCG, Retail, Technology and Consulting and is active in the start up community serving as mentor to Enterprise Ireland’s HPSU division on marketing and technology related issues.

John Holohan

John is an experienced leader of large and complex business and technology solutions. His achievements at Hewlett Packard – one of the largest and most complex businesses on the planet – delivered significant technology and business transformation programmes. Initiatives included the successful implementation of digital information architectures for new business units, new product and service offerings and the support structures and organisations to address changing business models.

He has led major global initiatives in support of start-ups, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. John successfully led the manufacturing business partner IT connectivity program in the recent Hewlett Packard company split, ensuring the continuity of partner integration as the company created two separate IT architectures.

David Gunning

David is a recognised business leader with more than 20 years’ senior leadership experience at a number of blue chip organisations including Coillte (as CEO), Tellabs, Inc. (Nasdaq: TLAB), Massachusetts-based start-up Integral Access, Inc. (acquired by Telco Systems (LSE: BVC) and Hewlett Packard (HPQ: NYSE). He has a unique ability to get to the core of what makes an organisation successful. He can visualize how great a company can become and has the business experience to get them there.

 He brings a truly global perspective having lived and worked in Ireland, UK, US and Finland. He has worked at major multi-national, start-up and state-owned companies across a range of sectors including Technology, Telecom, Renewables, Natural Resources, Building Materials and Consulting.
